Dada Bread began simply, with friends and family asking for “one more loaf” of a sourdough that quickly became a quiet obsession in our home. Our son lovingly called it “dada bread” and proudly asked anyone he met whether they’d tried it yet. As more people requested the same loaf—then shared it, gifted it, and came back for more—we realized this little family ritual had become something bigger. So we gave it a name that honored where it started. Today Dada Bread has grown into a collection of beautiful, thoughtfully crafted loaves, but its heart remains the same: warm, home-grown, and shared.
